IT Support Technician
The Entry Level Support Technician will work primarily in our main office answering Technical Support calls, logging tickets and escalating issues when appropriate. This position offers the opportunity to grow into more responsibilities as experience is gained.
- 0-1 year of experience
- Provide superior customer service, accurately logging tickets, and effectively transitioning and escalating unresolved problems.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software incidents reported in to the Service Desk
- Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems, Apple iOS, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft desktop applications.
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills, able to absorb and relate to new technical concepts quickly and build on knowledge learned.
- Willing to grow into more responsibilities in the role as experience is gained
